How BlockBundle Works
BlockBundle gives you a real price for a home service in seconds, straight from your address. We measure your property from satellite imagery, show you a property-specific price, and let you book on the spot. There is no group to organize and nothing to wait for - you book individually. Then, as more homes on your street sign on, a provider can serve the route more efficiently, and your price can drop. Book individually, save collectively.
Here is what that looks like, step by step.
1. Enter your address
Type in your address and BlockBundle pulls your parcel, overlays satellite imagery, and measures your lawn - the exact square footage, plus the footprint of your home, driveway, and trees. You get a free property report, no phone call and no in-person quote.
2. See your instant price
Because we know your property's real dimensions, we can show a real price - not a vague "starting at" range. Providers set their rates by the square foot plus a route cost, and BlockBundle turns that into a property-specific number for mowing, leaf cleanup, or snow removal. You see the price before you commit to anything.
3. Book
Pick the service and book in a couple of taps. You are not waiting for neighbors to opt in and you are not assembling a group - your booking stands on its own. Add a payment method before service begins, and an independent local provider is scheduled to do the work.
4. Save more as your street fills up
This is the collective part. When several homes near you use the same provider, that provider spreads drive time and setup across the route instead of loading it onto one lawn. Those savings come back to you: as your street gets denser, your per-visit price can fall - and we notify you when it does. You do not lift a finger to make it happen.
Why your street makes your price better
Most of what you pay a home-service provider is not the 20 minutes behind the mower - it is the drive out, the equipment setup, and the gap between jobs. When a provider can serve several homes on one street back-to-back, those fixed costs get split across the block instead of loaded onto one home. That is ordinary route economics, and it is why your price improves as more neighbors book. Want to see the math for your own street? Try the savings calculator.
Do I have to organize my neighbors?
No - and you never do. You book individually at your own price. There is no group to start, no critical mass to reach, and no waiting. Your neighbors joining is a bonus that improves your price automatically; it is not a condition for booking. If you want the fuller picture of the model, read what home-service bundling is.
What can I book right now?
We are focused on recurring and seasonal outdoor services where route density saves the most - lawn mowing and edging first, then leaf cleanup and snow removal. Lawn care is live now in Collin County. If you are in Trinity Falls or McKinney, start on the Trinity Falls lawn-care page or the McKinney lawn-care page. Getting started
BlockBundle is live in Collin County and rolling out neighborhood by neighborhood from there. Enter your address to get your free lawn report and see your price. If instant booking is not live on your street yet, we will email your report and let you know the moment it is.
