Why we started BlockBundle.
The idea started in my own front yard. I kept noticing that the landscaping crews spent almost as much time loading and unloading their ride-on mowers - and driving off to the next street - as they did actually cutting grass. All that loading, unloading, and windshield time gets baked into what every homeowner pays, in both cost and time.
Our street is the kind of place where everybody knows each other. So it clicked: if a few of us booked the same service for the same morning, one crew could roll down the block once and do every yard in a single trip. Less driving, less loading, a better rate for all of us - just by getting on the same schedule.
My favorite proof is the fall leaf cleanup. Do one yard today and the neighbor's next week, and the leaves just blow right back onto the yard you already cleared. Do the whole street on the same day and everything goes to the curb once - and the clean yards actually stay clean.

- Background screeningWe'll run identity and background checks before a provider ever visits your block.
- Neighbor ratingsOnce bundles run, ongoing ratings from the neighbors they serve will keep good pros on the platform.
